About the role
We are seeking an Associate to join our Client Experience team in Singrauli. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to begin their career in the logistics industry. As an Associate, you will be responsible for enhancing the experience of our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service.
The ideal candidate should possess a degree from any stream and be eager to learn and grow within a dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in client relationship management.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Singrauli clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Singrauli if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Singrauli Madhya Pradesh.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Singrauli will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
