About the role
As a Back Office Executive in Srinagar, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day backend operations essential for our company's success. This position requires a responsible and organized individual who can work efficiently with minimal supervision. Your duties will include maintaining accurate records, handling administrative tasks, and supporting various operational functions.
We welcome candidates with experience in administrative or operational roles, although motivated freshers are encouraged to apply as well. This is a full-time or part-time position based on your availability and commitment to the role. You will work on-site, contributing to a dynamic team environment.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Srinagar drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
