About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our daily operational tasks in Trivandrum. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while managing various backend processes efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining records, processing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication within the team.

Experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, but motivated freshers are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time or part-time position, offering a competitive salary of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month. What you'll do

  • Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
  • Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
  • Helping Trivandrum drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
  • Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
  • Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
  • Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
  • Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

What you'll need

  • Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
