About the role
Join our team as an Associate in Client Experience, where you will play a vital role in enhancing client interactions and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate ready to embark on a career in the logistics industry. You will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. As part of our dynamic team, you will gain valuable insights into the logistics sector while developing your professional skills. What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Azamgarh clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Azamgarh if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Azamgarh Uttar Pradesh.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Azamgarh will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
