About the role
Join our team as a Salesman at our retail clothing shop in Dumka. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, processing customer transactions, and ensuring a welcoming environment for shoppers. Your primary duties will include assisting customers in selecting clothing items, handling billing and cash collection, and maintaining the shop's overall appearance.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the retail industry. Freshers and those with a 10th-grade education are encouraged to apply. This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail.
Working hours are from 10 AM to 8 PM, six days a week. A competitive salary of ₹10,000 to ₹13,000 per month is offered, along with the chance to develop valuable customer service skills.
What you'll do
- Showing cloths to customers of Dumka,
- Helping to choose pairs as per customer needs
- Knowing requirements
- Maintain Display / Samples properly
- Required Cash handling and Billing
- Maintain clean table
What you'll need
- 10th pass and above

- Good in Communication
- Knowing local language
- Basic Retail Sales knowledge
