About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales in Dumka. As a vital member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Dumka Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Dumka,
