About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Retail Executives in a novelty shop located in Balasore. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the retail counter and providing excellent customer service. Your role will involve assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a tidy sales environment.
Applicants should have completed at least 10th grade and be eager to learn and grow in a retail environment. We welcome candidates from Balasore and nearby areas, offering immediate joining opportunities. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000 with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Balasore Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates

- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Balasore,
