About the role
We are seeking dedicated retail executives to manage our counter sales at a novelty shop in Chapra. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor and the ability to assist customers effectively, ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Responsibilities include handling transactions, restocking merchandise, and maintaining the cleanliness of the sales area.
Candidates should have completed at least 10th grade and possess strong communication skills. We welcome applications from individuals living in Chapra or nearby areas. This role offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000 and requires working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Chapra Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates

- Should know local language,
