About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Chikmagalur. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers with their needs, and ensuring a smooth operation of daily sales activities.
Applicants should have completed at least the 10th grade and be available for immediate joining. This position requires strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to provide excellent customer service. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break included.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Chikmagalur Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates

- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Chikmagalur,
