About the role
We are seeking motivated individuals for the position of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Habra. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the retail counter efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Applicants should have completed at least 10th grade and be located in Habra or nearby areas. This role offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Join our team and contribute to a vibrant retail environment.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Habra Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,

- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Habra,
