About the role
We are seeking motivated individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Sreerampur. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Ideal candidates should have completed at least 10th grade and should be comfortable working in a retail environment.
This role offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. If you are enthusiastic about customer service and have a passion for retail, we encourage you to apply and join our team!
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Sreerampur Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
