About the role
As a Store Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service at our retail outlet in Habra. What you'll do
- Greet Habra customers and assist with product and service enquiries
- Explain pricing, plans, features, and after-sales support clearly
- Promote and cross-sell Vodafone Idea products and offers
- Process transactions and handle billing accurately
- Ensure proper stock display and manage merchandise returns
- Coordinate with team members to deliver smooth customer service
- Share customer feedback and store updates with the Store Manager
- Stay updated on new products, plans, and services
