About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in Karamana, where you'll play a vital role in managing our retail counter. We are seeking dedicated individuals who can provide excellent customer service and maintain a smooth operation at our novelty shop.
The ideal candidate should have completed at least 10th grade and possess a friendly demeanor. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing sales transactions, and ensuring the counter is well-organized.

- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Karamana Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,

- Should know local language,
