About the role
We are seeking dedicated retail executives to join our team at a novelty shop in Kodangaloor. As a counter sales representative, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
The ideal candidate should have at least a 10th-grade education and be comfortable working in a retail environment. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for engaging with customers effectively.
This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. If you are enthusiastic about sales and customer service, we encourage you to apply.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Kodangaloor Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
