About the role
We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Noida. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Applicants should be motivated and possess good communication skills.
This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. We welcome candidates who have completed at least the 10th grade and reside in Noida or nearby areas. Immediate joining is available for suitable candidates.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Noida Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Noida,
- No Experience and education required for this vacancy - any girl with 10 fail and above can apply from
