About the role
Join our retail novelty shop in Salem as a Retail Executive - Counter Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. We are looking for candidates who are dedicated, friendly, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate should have completed at least the 10th grade and be from Salem or nearby areas. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000 and requires working from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Salem Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
