About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in Shimoga, where you will play a crucial role in managing our retail counter at a novelty shop. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining an organized sales area to enhance the shopping experience.

What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Shimoga Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
