About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Trivandrum. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
Ideal candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and possess good communication skills. Your ability to engage with customers and provide excellent service will be vital in promoting our products.
This position offers a salary of INR 12,000 per month and requires working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. Join us to be part of a dynamic retail environment!
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Trivandrum Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Trivandrum,
