About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Retail Executives in a vibrant novelty shop located in Vapi. As a counter sales representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing transactions, and maintaining an organized retail environment. Your role will involve assisting customers with their purchases and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Candidates who have completed their 10th grade or higher are encouraged to apply. We are looking for local residents from Vapi or nearby areas for immediate joining. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000 and a work schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Vapi Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Vapi,
- No Experience and education required for this vacancy - any girl with 10 fail and above can apply from
