About the role
As a Retail Sales Executive in Trivandrum, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to generate fresh leads through effective marketing strategies and enhance brand awareness in your assigned area. This position requires a proactive approach to engage with potential customers and provide them with valuable insights about our offerings.
In addition to sales, you will work closely with the Sales & Business Development team to identify market trends and customer needs. A successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers opportunities for career progression in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs,
- Lead generation, meeting customers and onboarding the customers on CashKaro.com
- Activation of the onboarded customers,
- Handling customers queries and complaints and escalate, if required
- Participate in the sale meeting whenever required
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and channel sales.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns and provide them the required products from the set of retailers available.
- Collaborate with Trivandrum sales team to achieve better results
- Moreover, gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
What you'll need
- Proven experience in a sales, marketing, retail segment,
- Proficiency in English/Hindi and Local language -
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
