About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's backend processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You'll be responsible for handling various administrative duties, coordinating with different departments, and supporting the operational needs of the business.
Ideal candidates will have experience in administrative or operations roles, although motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply. As a Back Office Executive, you will contribute to maintaining an organized workflow and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
This is a full-time or part-time position based in Ambala Cantt, Haryana, with a competitive salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month. Join our team and play an essential role in our operations!
What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Ambala Cantt drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
