About the role
As a Retail Sales Executive in Ambala Cantt, you will be instrumental in driving sales and building brand awareness in your assigned area. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, promoting our offerings and converting leads into sales. You will work closely with the marketing team to implement strategies that enhance customer outreach and retention.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales and customer service, along with a strong ability to communicate effectively. A high school diploma is required, and prior experience in retail or sales is a plus. What you'll do
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs,
- Lead generation, meeting customers and onboarding the customers on CashKaro.com
- Activation of the onboarded customers,
- Handling customers queries and complaints and escalate, if required
- Participate in the sale meeting whenever required
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and channel sales.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns and provide them the required products from the set of retailers available.
- Collaborate with Ambala Cantt sales team to achieve better results
- Moreover, gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
What you'll need
- Proven experience in a sales, marketing, retail segment,
- Proficiency in English/Hindi and Local language -
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
