About the role
We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Ambala Cantt. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
Applicants should have completed at least the 10th grade and reside in Ambala Cantt or nearby areas. This position offers an opportunity for immediate joining, allowing you to start your career in retail.
The work hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. A competitive salary of INR 12,000 per month is offered, making this a great opportunity for those looking to build their experience in a retail environment.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Ambala Cantt Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Ambala Cantt,
