About the role
As a Back Office Executive in Phagwara, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day backend operations of the organization. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively, supporting various departments with necessary documentation and data entry, and maintaining accurate records. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
We welcome candidates with prior experience in administrative or operations roles, but motivated freshers are encouraged to apply as well. The position offers a competitive salary range of ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month, depending on experience. This is a full-time or part-time role based on your availability, and you will be required to work on-site in Phagwara.
What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Phagwara drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
