About the role
We are seeking an Associate in Client Experience to enhance our clients' journey in Phagwara. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate from any stream, eager to contribute to the dynamic logistics industry. This role involves engaging with clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
As an Associate, you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences. What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Phagwara clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Phagwara if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Phagwara Punjab.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Phagwara will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
