About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Executives for our novelty shop in Phagwara. As a counter sales representative, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Your role will include handling transactions, providing product information, and maintaining store displays.
Candidates should have at least a 10th-grade education and be residents of Phagwara or nearby areas. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals looking to start their careers in retail. The position offers a competitive salary of INR 12,000 per month, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Phagwara Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
