About the role
The Back Office Executive position in Saharanpur involves managing various backend operations essential for the smooth functioning of the company. This role requires individuals who are organized, responsible, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity, with work conducted in-person at our office in Saharanpur.
What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Saharanpur drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
