About the role
Join our retail novelty shop in Saharanpur as a Retail Executive for Counter Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who can effectively handle transactions and provide excellent customer service.
Ideal candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and be residents of Saharanpur or the surrounding areas. This position offers a salary of INR 12,000 per month, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Saharanpur Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
