About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operational processes within the organization. This position involves managing various administrative tasks, handling data entry, and maintaining records to support the overall functioning of the business. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently while adhering to deadlines.

This is a full-time or part-time position based in Sreerampur, offering a salary range of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month. What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Sreerampur drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
