About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in Akola, where you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service at our novelty shop. Your responsibilities will include managing the retail counter, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a smooth operation of daily sales activities.
We welcome applications from candidates who have completed their 10th grade or higher. Ideal candidates should possess good communication skills and a friendly demeanor, as you will interact with customers regularly. This position offers a competitive salary of INR 12,000 per month, with a work schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Akola Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
