About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our retail novelty shop in Payyanur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
Applicants should have completed at least 10th grade and reside in Payyanur or nearby areas. This position offers an opportunity for immediate joining, with a monthly salary of INR 12,000. Work hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Payyanur Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
