About the role
As a Retail Sales Executive in Makrana, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in your assigned area, promoting brand awareness and generating fresh leads through effective marketing strategies.
This full-time position requires a proactive individual who is passionate about sales and customer service. You will work closely with the Sales & Business Development team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

What you'll do
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs,
- Lead generation, meeting customers and onboarding the customers on CashKaro.com
- Activation of the onboarded customers,
- Handling customers queries and complaints and escalate, if required
- Participate in the sale meeting whenever required
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and channel sales.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns and provide them the required products from the set of retailers available.
- Collaborate with Makrana sales team to achieve better results
- Moreover, gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
What you'll need
- Proven experience in a sales, marketing, retail segment,
- Proficiency in English/Hindi and Local language -
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
