About the role
As a Retail Sales Executive in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to generate fresh leads and promote brand awareness within your assigned area. You will engage with potential customers, showcasing our products and services to meet their needs.
We are looking for a motivated individual who can effectively communicate and build relationships with clients. A strong understanding of retail sales dynamics will be beneficial in achieving sales targets. What you'll do
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs,
- Lead generation, meeting customers and onboarding the customers on CashKaro.com
- Activation of the onboarded customers,
- Handling customers queries and complaints and escalate, if required
- Participate in the sale meeting whenever required
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and channel sales.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns and provide them the required products from the set of retailers available.
- Collaborate with Mumbai sales team to achieve better results
- Moreover, gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
What you'll need
- Proven experience in a sales, marketing, retail segment,
- Proficiency in English/Hindi and Local language -
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Opportunity for12th pass / High school candidates from Mumbai
- In last, you should know 2 wheeler driving,
